If water is coming up through the floor, shut off the main valve if you can do it safely. Then tell us what you’re noticing, and a local slab leak plumber will get back to you.
A couple of sentences is plenty. It helps to mention what you’ve noticed (warm floor, high bill, the meter moving, water coming up), roughly where in the house, whether the house has had a slab leak before, and whether you’re filing an insurance claim.
